The company was established to address the gap between traditional school operations and digital school management systems, particularly among educational institutions in Bukidnon. Originally founded as Alphatech Solutions, Inc., now known as ACNSB Tech Ventures, Inc., the company began as a small team of dedicated IT experts, accountant, lawyer, accounting technologist, and other specialists committed to helping schools overcome their technological challenges. SMART ID SYSTEM INTEGRATION
A modern digital ID system using RFID codes for student identification and access. Integrated turnstile gates ensure controlled entry, with TV monitors displaying real-time data. An optional SMS Text Blast notifies parents or guardians instantly upon student entry and exit, enhancing safety and communication.
ADMISSION
A fully online admission platform supporting digital exams for College and High School. Exam results are generated and displayed instantly after completion. Students can complete online or on-campus enrollment based on school preference, with automated reporting tools for efficient admission management.
STUDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
An organized system that centralizes student data, attendance tracking, and grade viewing. It ensures accurate, up-to-date information for teachers, students, and administrators, improving communication and overall student monitoring throughout the school year.
REGISTRAR INFORMATION SYSTEM
Designed for Basic Education and Tertiary levels, this system automates enrollment, validation, and grade management (E-Class Records, School Forms 1-10, and among others). It generates DepEd- and CHED-compliant reports, teacher’s load, grade sheets, student master lists, and enrollment summaries—streamlining academic record-keeping and reducing manual work.
CASHIERING SYSTEM
A flexible and automated cashiering platform that manages assessments, receipts, ledgers, and collection reports. It generates Daily Cash Position Reports, statements of account, and deposit summaries—streamlining transactions while ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial records.
ACCOUNTING
A BIR-compliant computerized accounting system designed for both proprietary and non-stock, non-profit educational institutions. It automates preparation of financial reports such as the Trial Balance, Statements of Financial Position and Activities, and Books of Accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes. Note: Eliminates the manual preparation of financial reports and books, ensuring efficient and accurate output.
INVENTORY SYSTEM
The Inventory Management System efficiently tracks and manages school supplies, medical supplies, and property and equipment. It ensures accurate monitoring of stock levels, issuance, and replenishment of items used in daily operations. The system helps maintain accountability, streamline requests and approvals, prevent shortages or overstocking, and generate detailed reports for proper resource allocation and auditing purposes.
LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Library Management System efficiently manages library resources through an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) that allows users to search and locate books easily. It also generates essential reports, including Student Borrower’s Cards and statistical summaries such as the most borrowed books, ensuring organized tracking, improved accessibility, and data-driven management of library operations.
